Our headquarters at Marina Monfalcone is more than a base – it’s a high-performance ecosystem engineered for elite sailing development.
At its core stands the brand-new Red Bull Sailing Academy Hangar: a purpose-built hub where cutting-edge technology meets daily preparation, and where Olympic dreams begin to take shape.
Surrounding the hangar is an integrated full performance campus including our Boat Performance Center, lodging, activities and of course – direct access to the Adriatic Sea – our ultimate training ground, where preparation meets reality.
Boat Performance Center
Our dedicated lab for precise measurements.
Includes on-water technology systems with advanced sensors and analytics that capture every movement of boat and crew in real time. It also features a high-fidelity sailing simulator replicating real-world conditions in a controlled environment.
Fleet
From Olympic classes to GC32 foiling power.
Our fleet includes a full range of Olympic-class boats – from the Nacra 17 to 49er FX and other performance boats like Switch, Flying Phantoms and GC32 – giving athletes the tools to master every discipline.
Gym
Strength. Resilience. Precision.
Our performance gym is purpose-built for athletes. With functional training zones, mobility stations, and Olympic-grade equipment, it’s built for real-world sailing strength – on and off the water.
Lodging
Rest like a pro. Recover like a champion.
Recovery is performance. Athletes live on-site in premium comfort, choosing between guesthouse suites or the modern Sailors Village bungalows. Designed for focus, privacy, and regeneration.
Activities
Train. Play. Reset.
Cross-training is part of the system. With our wing foiling fleet, paddle tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, and open training spaces, athletes develop full-body agility, balance, and mental flow outside of sailing.
